Salary will be dependent on experience and skills but our initial budget for this position is between $50,000 – $55,000 with a full and excellent Benefits package and profit sharing. This position will report directly to the owners of Phoenix and will be primarily based out of our Bowmanville Head Office with the ability to work from home as needed.

Speaks both English and French… we are a bilingual team and the ability to speak in both official languages will be very important to you and our team.

Ideally has 2 years prior HR experience and educational background who is ready to take on leading our newly formed.
